Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

We have a 48-hour exchange policy. You have 48 hours after delivery to request exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start an exchange, contact us at hello@furrious.com. Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, we cover it.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In those cases, we offer an exchange free of charge.
